There were some good tests that were completed and some tests that are still outstanding, TCS, WTTM and pointing. Hydra was removed and IAS / WHIRC / NESSI installed onto the MOS port. No problems were encountered during the removal and installation. WHIRC was tested okay. WTTM was tested. The tip/tilt mirror did not lock into position. There was no sound that indicated a lock, the oscilloscope did not indicate a change in voltage. We did some reading and troubleshooting over the next couple of days and replaced the control card on the PZT chassis. The tip/tilt mirror x axis locks into place, we are still uncertain on the y axis. They can be controlled but another APD tracking test is required. WTTM will be checked during testing time Wednesday 22 March. NESSI was checked out on sky, also had a few issues with focusing and a Windows software update. Pointing data was lost in the archive data. I looked in a few places with no luck. If weather permits we will take another map on Wednesday after the WTTM test. Pointing has been checked on NESSI, ODI and WHIRC, seems to be tracking within 10-30 arc seconds. TCS upgrade was attempted and will need to be completed sometime in the next two weeks to install new pointing terms. Azimuth attitude data was taken; azimuth runout and loading on the frame. It indicates that there is a slight shift in tilt of the telescope. Runout looks good, which indicates the azimuth axis is not oscillating. Telescope is well balanced after the instrument swap. Axis tilt measured by load cells on Aug 16 and Mar 17 is ~125 lbs. per axis. See attachment.
