This portion of the GUI is simply informational. Nothing in this portion of the GUI is taken from or forwarded to the TCS. It may by used for logging purposes or simply to keep track of what object is being observed. The format is freeform i.e. there are no restrictions.
The Target field is intended for the object name.
These fields are simply the position of the Target position.
The Save to Logfile button causes the current contents of the Target, RA, DEC and Epoch fields to be written (one per line) to the current logfile.
